Action Metals Recycling gives back.

We work with a number of organizations in communities in and around our offices in Des Plaines. If we may be able to help your not-for-profit organization, please contact us.

Maryville Academy maryville academy logo– As part of our commitment to the community, Action Metals Recycling partners with Maryville Academy on a work/study program that teaches kids transferable skills in a safe learning and work environment. We have created an off campus work facility where these young people receive job training. Todd personally mentors and speaks to groups of students about jobs. By learning how to handle tools while taking apart various items that come in as scrap, they not only experience a new kind of success, but increase their chances of finding employment.
